Canablast portables are compact pressure blasters that share many features.  Available in different sizes with grit capacities of 1.0, 4.1 and 7.3 cubic feet, these portables include ASME vessel certification for safety, flexible air hose for ease of maintenance and pneumatic wheels for portability. Less grit capacity and smaller nozzles make these units ideal for spot blasting and detail work, particularly on a limited budget.
Larger Canablast models can be equipped with Canablast's trouble free AR-7 Abrasive Regulator and RC-76 remote controls for safety. With these controls, blasting stops the instant the remote control handle is released.  Complete packages are available to protect the operator from blasting and potentially hazardous dust per OSHA requirements. Further, these packages include all the blasting equipment and accessories necessary to get you up and running safely.

A portable blaster is only as good as its abrasive regulator. Once again, CANABLAST offers the best there is. The trouble-free AR- 7 Abrasive Regulator adjusts easily to any size or type of media.
AR7 – Abrasive Regulator The straight-through valve, located under the blaster, has a thick pure gum center tube. As you turn the handle, both sides of the tube are pinched simultaneously, for precise media metering. The long-lasting pure gum center tube is the only part that comes in contact with the abrasive, and the balanced pinch roller action ensures a straight flow path.   With the blasting tank operated by Model RC- 76 remote control an actuator is mounted directly on the CANABLAST AR- 7 Abrasive Regulator for automatic shutoff. And don't forget! The AR- 7 may also be installed to upgrade your present blaster.

Remote Controls
Model rc-66 automatic exhaust system The CANABLAST model RC-66 Remote Control is used when the blasters are installed directly under a media storage hopper. When the operator releases the RC Handle, blasting action stops, compressed air is completely exhausted from the tank and the sealing plunger drops open to permit automatic refilling of the pressure tank. To begin blasting again, the operator merely activates the RC Handle, repressurizing the tank and restarting blasting action. RC-66 systems are available with pneumatic (RC-66-P) or electric (RC-66-E) control.
RC-66-P-1 or RC-66-E-1:  1" piping RC-66-P-1 1/4 or RC-66-E-1 1/4:  11/4" piping RC-66 includes: main shut-off valve, handle, exhaust valve, all necessary connections and 55 ft. (16,7 m) control cable or hose. The electric version includes control box and electropneumatic valve.
Model rc- 76 - constantly pressurized tank The CANABLAST Model RC- 76 Remote Control is designed for blasters not located under a media storage hopper for automatic refilling or when little air volume is available. The blasting tank is constantly pressurized, and when the operator releases the RC Handle, blasting action stops automatically, with the tank still under pressure. When the tank needs refilling, the operator manually exhausts, refills and repressurizes the tank. This system reduces consumption of compressed air and includes a quick shutoff of the abrasive regulator for blasting in high locations or with blasting hoses over 200 ft. (60,9m) long. RC-76 systems are available with pneumatic (RC-76-P) or electric (RC-76-E) control.
